Tackling Speeding on Garretts Green Lane, Meadway, Lea Hall Road and Sheldon Heath Road

Following community consultations with residents over the past 12 months, speeding has been identified as the number one priority in the constituency. As such, I have organised a quarterly 'Speeding Summit', bringing together Birmingham City Council's Transport Planning team, West Midlands Police's Road Harm team, and the Road Safety Commissioner from the Mayor's Office.

We have identified 20 priority roads, including Garretts Green Lane, Meadway, Lea Hall Road and Sheldon Heath Road in your area - and I am working hard to fight to tackle speeding in our community.
