Fighting to fix Colonial Road

Many thanks to Birmingham City Council and Kier for joining me on a site visit to Colonial Road this morning, so we can get to the bottom of the persistent flooding at the dip in the road.
Birmingham City Council are analysing the possibilities of pruning the trees, increasing the frequency of street cleaning on the road, or the installation of a weir to the drain, to alleviate the awful conditions residents have had to endure during inclement weather.
As always, I will keep you updated on any progress we make in our fight to fix it.
