Thank you to everyone who came to our recent Smith’s Wood residents’ meeting. It was a constructive discussion about the priorities we need to fix together in the area.
Residents raised concerns about littering, speeding, parking outside schools and safety at bus stops.
We also discussed neighbourhood watches, community litter picks and practical steps to improve home and street security, working closely with the police.
If you were invited but couldn’t attend, please do return your survey. You can also reach out on 0121 789 7287 or email liam.byrne.mp@parliament.uk
We’ll use all the feedback to shape an updated action plan for Smith’s Wood and share it with residents.

I read the update about the Smith’s Wood residents meeting and it was clear lots of neighbours talked about real local issues like litter, parking and safety with police support. It reminded me of a time I was stressed with school work and reached out for Computer Science Assignment Service UK to get me through a tough coding task so I could stay focused on community stuff too. It shows small efforts can help you be part of bigger positive change.
