Dream Chaser Youth Club

It was an absolute pleasure to visit Dream Chaser last month and to spend time with Birmingham’s very own Pride of Britain Award winner, Asha Rage.

The team is doing an outstanding job creating a safe, friendly and genuinely accessible space where young people can get involved in sport, build confidence and feel supported. Places like this offer so much more than physical activity. They give young people a sense of belonging, positive role models and opportunities to thrive.

Seeing the impact Dream Chaser is having on young people and families shows just how important community led spaces are. We need more hubs like this, rooted in their neighbourhoods, opening doors to sport and leisure for everyone, and making sure every young person has the chance to take part, grow and succeed.
