Tackling Speeding on Washwood Heath Road, Drews Lane, and around St Margaret's Church

Following community consultations with residents over the past 12 months, speeding has been identified as the number one priority in the constituency. As such, I have organised a quarterly 'Speeding Summit', bringing together Birmingham City Council's Transport Planning team, West Midlands Police's Road Harm team, and the Road Safety Commissioner from the Mayor's Office.

Washwood Heath Road will be receiving Average Speed Cameras, which are set to be installed in December 2025

On top of this, have identified 20 priority roads, including Drews Lane and around St Margaret's Road in your area - and I am working hard to fight to tackle speeding in our community.

Stumbled upon this after it was shared in a Hull business networking forum during a late Sunday scroll for event survival tips. What made me stay was a balanced discussion about extreme spins paired with honest observations on tooltip text wrapping and help popup line height for UK players. No flashy claims about contextual help perfection or tooltip typography mastery. The straightforward tone was a breath of fresh air. When I finished, I felt at ease, like I'd found actual community feedback.
